Japan Spec provides luxury vehicle importation services from Japan, including sourcing, purchasing at auction, export coordination, maritime transport, homologation and delivery. Services are provided subject to these Terms.
Each project begins with a signed order form and payment of a deposit. Payment terms are as agreed per individual engagement. Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to purchase commitment.
Japan Spec sources vehicles based on client specifications. While we endeavour to match all criteria, availability is subject to market conditions. We provide detailed condition reports and photos before any purchase commitment is made on your behalf.
Japan Spec manages the full import process. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may vary due to shipping schedules, customs processing and homologation authority workloads. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party providers or regulatory bodies.
Once a vehicle has been purchased at auction or from a supplier on your behalf, the transaction is binding. Cancellation requests after purchase will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur fees to cover costs already incurred.
Japan Spec's liability is limited to the service fees paid. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or consequential losses arising from delays, regulatory changes, or market fluctuations.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
